Instantly exchange cryptocurrencies and e-currencies on our website karsha.biz and our unique Telegram bot @KarshaBizBot and enjoy the best rates.

January 2019 Update

What did we do?

  • Our total number of supported coins and tokens just reached 440.
  • We now provide wider minimum and maximum exchange size for all systems.
  • Our exchange rate also got better for most of the systems.
  • We have optimized our website and Telegram bot to respond much faster.
  • Karsha Blog has been started which would let us post better contents and news updates.
  • We managed to partially resolve the "Receive Amount" getting outside of the border on our homepage. Man, that was ugly!
  • We have introduced our new support portal. Tickets are automatically created for every request sent to our email, Facebook page, Twitter account, or the customer support web portal and they will be processed much faster and more organized.

Going forward

  • We are preparing our Slack and Discord channels as a way to communicate better with our customers and business partners.
  • The extra unuseful digits from the "Receive Amount" will be trimmed to get a nicer and more useful display.

Long term plans

  • We are working on the send.as payment gateway and it will hopefully be ready in a few months.

Congratulations to BitCoin One for successfully launching their blockchain. They're not just an Ethereum token anymore, but an independent blockchain and cryptocurrency. Well done, BitCoin One!

Karsha Promotional URLs

You can now use special URLs in the Karsha Exchange website to set default values on our exchange page. This feature can be used to promote a coin, or to speed up ordering exchanges.

The URL format is like this:

https://karsha.biz/-FromSys[=Amount]/+ToSys[:Wallet]

You can change the order of these parameters or omit some of them. FromSys and ToSys would be set as the default source and destination systems. You can use a system's name, its symbol, or any of its common names. The values are case-insensitive and any space or hypen character in them would get ignored.

For example, any of these URLs would set the default destination system to "Bitcoin Cash":

https://karsha.biz/+BCH
https://karsha.biz/+bCh
https://karsha.biz/+bch
https://karsha.biz/+Bcash
https://karsha.biz/+B-cAsh
https://karsha.biz/+BitcoinCash
https://karsha.biz/+bitcoin-cash
https://karsha.biz/+bItcoiN CasH

More examples:

https://karsha.biz/-XMR=1.2/+Ethereum
This would set the default source system to "Monero", the default exchange amount to "1.2", and the default destination system to "Ethereum".

https://karsha.biz/+ZeC:t1LpSypZA76hPzgXxJbJwgDaG37VsVAxxEN
This would set the default destination system to "Zcash", and the default destination wallet to "t1LpSypZA76hPzgXxJbJwgDaG37VsVAxxEN".

https://karsha.biz/-LitE coin=0.5
This would set the default source system to "Litecoin", and the default exchange amount to "0.5".

List Your Coin/Token on Karsha

If you are doing an ICO, or you want to list your ERC20 token, we recommend you use our FREE full-featured and fully automated Token & ICO subsystem.
The Token & ICO subsystem has many useful features and it's completely FREE! You can enable buy, sell, or full two-way trading, and even define a dynamic price for your token. Traditional listing only has one advantage and it is that your token will be listed on the list of the accepted systems on our home page.

You can list your Coin (cryptocurrency) or your Ethereum Token (ERC20) on Karsha Exchange. Your customers would be able to use our whole set of accepted cryptocurrencies and e-currency systems to buy and sell your coin/tokens. We would exchange their coins to Ether on the fly, transfer it to your wallet, and then transfer your coin/tokens to their wallets.

Prerequisites for listing:

  • The coin/token must not have bad reputation.
  • The coin/token must have a reliable source for its price, preferably on CoinMarketCap.com. If the price of the token is fixed, you just need to tell us its price.
  • Only for coins: The coin admins need to run their daemon on their own server, and give us access to its RPC over SSL. We can help you setup the daemon, or we can run the daemon on our own servers if you're willing to pay the a nominal fee for setup, rent, and maintenance costs.

How does it work?

You will invest in Karsha in your own coin/token, and optionally in Ether (ETH). We would create a special Ethereum wallet for your investment, which would be used as the intermediate wallet for processing exchange orders to/from your coin/token. You can check the wallet balance and view incoming and outgoing transactions at any time, to see the live status of processing orders and to make sure that everything is working as intended.

As mentioned, you only need to invest in your own coin/token. We would also create an empty Ethereum wallet for you. This way, at the beginning, only exchanging "to" your coin/token would be available on our website. Customers would be able to exchange any coin/token we support to your coin/token on our website. We would first convert their coin/token to ETH on the fly (if needed), transfer the amount to the Ethereum wallet which was created for your coin/token, and then send your coin/token to their wallet. Please note that all of these operations are running in the background and customers wouldn't even know about it.

After we gathered some amounts of ETH in exchange of selling your coin/token, exchanging "from" your coin/token to any other coin/token we support would also be enabled. This way, after receiving your coin/token from the customer, we would convert the equal amount from your Ethereum wallet to the customer's desired coin/token. If you are listing a one-way coin/token, you can ask us to not enable exchanges "from" your token at all, even after we had enough funding for that.

You can invest ETH too, beside investing in your own coin/token. This way, both exchange directions to and from your coin/token would be available from the beginning. This would give your coin/token a better chance of being sold. Since most of the customers check to see if the reverse exchanges are also available and if the rates are good, and they check the maximum amount of your coin/token they would be able to sell, before placing an exchange order to buy your coin/token.

What is the minimum investment amount?

There is no minimum investment amount. You can start with any amount you'd like, and increase it over time.

Will you give me any interest for my investment?

Of course! We will give you up to 30% of the exchange fees we deduct from exchange orders to/from your coin, based on how many customers you refer to our website and your monthly exchange volume.

How much does it cost?

The listing fee is currently $500. It's non-refundable, and may be paid in any of the popular cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dash, etc.

We also have other advertising methods you can use to promote your coin/token for a small price. These include putting your banner on our homepage, promoting your coin/token as our favourite, setting the default exchange direction to/from your coin/token, etc. If you want to use our promotional plans too, please let us know in your listing request.

What would be the exchange rates?

The rates are calculated dynamically and automatically by our proprietary exchange software. It depends on many factors such as our balances, the market volatility, the market direction, the ratio of buy orders to sell orders, and other factors. But in a calm market with steady prices, our fees are around 1%-1.5%.

How can I withdraw my investment?

When your coin/token got listed, you will receive information to access our investors portal, where you can see the information about exchange orders to/from your coin, the exchange fees, and your share of the exchange fees as your profit. You can easily click on the "Withdraw" button at any time, and your profit will be instantly transferred to your wallet.

In order to withdraw all or part of your investment, you can send us your withdrawal request at any time, and we will process your request as soon as possible. If you withdraw your whole investment, we would have to delist your coin/token.

Okay, let’s go!

Please contact us and send us information about your coin/token. We would review your request and would usually respond within 24 hours. After negotiating the terms and conditions and receiving the listing fee and your investment, your coin/token would get listed on our next website upgrade, usually within a few days.

Update 2018-02-17:

Since the time we have published this news article, we have received many requests for listing various Ethereum tokens. While it's our honor to list credible and worthful tokens, the listings usually get delayed because we have to message back and forth with the owners to clear up ambiguities.

So, if you are sending a request to list a Token, to speed up the listing process, please make sure that you've carefully read the above guide, and you include the following information about your token:

  • Name of the token,
  • Symbol of the token,
  • Its website address,
  • Its contract address,
  • How many decimal digits it has?,
  • If it's a fixed-price token, its price,
  • If it's a dynamically-priced token, a method to update the price (preferably from CoinMarketCap.com),
  • What operations do you want to enable for your token? (Buy-only/Sell-only/Both ways)
  • How much would you like to invest?

Thank you, and good luck in reaching your business goals. We are right by your side in this path, and we do everything we could to help you.

Karsha is Not Backing SegWit2X

If you were following recent news, specially from the official website of Bitcoin (bitcoin.org), you may have noticed the recent events about SegWit2X. Apparently, many of the big corporations which were founded around Bitcoin, including many exchanges, wallets, service providers, etc, had signed an agreement to fork the base code of Bitcoin Core (the reference codebase of Bitcoin), and implement SegWit2X. You can easily find more information about SegWit2X, and how it'd impact Bitcoin, by a little research on Google. The problem is that the Bitcoin core development team and most of the Bitcoin regular users do not agree with that.

We, standing beside regular Bitcoin users (who power Bitcoin in the first place), are against SegWit2X. We won't back the decision, and we will continue to exchange what is accepted by Bitcoin.org website as Bitcoin and BTC.

You can also find our name at NoB2X.org.
